All yoga instruction is held at the clinic, and is taught by Natasha Papachristoforou, Registered Physiotherapist and Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher.
About the TeacherNatasha has been a student of yoga since 2005, and began teaching in 2012 following a 1-month teacher training intensive in Montreal, through Modo Yoga (then Moksha) International. Since then she has accumulated hundreds of hours of study with Ryan Leier (One Yoga) and Seane Corn. She currently teaches anatomy for yoga teacher training programs worldwide, and draws from her extensive movement background and education as a physiotherapist to provide safe and effective instruction.
